Chris and Dylan venture into the post-apocalyptic wasteland of rural America in their review of Z for Zachariah, the new film from Craig Zobel starring Margot Robbie, Chiwetel Ejiofor, and Chris Pine. Then Chris guesses the plot of The Age of Adaline as they discuss new releases. Dylan saw Cartel Land, the new documentary produced by Kathryn Bigelow, and then gets sad when talking about the end of Aqua Teen Hunger Force. Meanwhile, Chris saw The End of the Tour, which is Jason Segel proving he’s more than just a comedic actor. Finally, we cap the whole thing off with a long-winded discussion of the films we will be seeing at the Toronto International Film Festival (Chris) and Vancouver International Film Festival (Dylan). Expect reviews for TIFF films to be coming soon, as the festival begins this week. Next week we’ll be tackling the new M. Night Shyamalan film, The Visit.
